Brown Brothers Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

  • This promotion is organized by Muihua Sdn. Bhd., incorporated under the laws of Malaysia.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 21 years and above at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Muihua Sdn. Bhd., Magnum Wines & Spirits Sdn. Bhd., Brown Brothers, and Participating Supermarkets/Hypermarkets, along with their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings), are not eligible to participate.

 

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion runs from 15 August 2025 to 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive.

  • Entries received outside this period will be disqualified.

 

4. How to Participate

  • Purchase 1 bottle of any Brown Brothers wine at participating super/hypermarkets.

  • Scan QR code on in-store materials or labels to access entry page.

  • Upload receipt photo and provide details (name, contact, WhatsApp number, email, age confirmation).

  • Submit; 1 bottle = 1 entry; multiple entries via separate receipts.

  • Entries within 7 days of purchase, valid only during campaign.

5. Prize Details

 

Prize Tier: Main Prize

Description: 

12 bottles of Brown Brothers Moscato Range (assorted, excluding Gold & Sparkling). Wines will be selected randomly, with Muihua to determine.

Quantity: 10 winners

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

  • Muihua Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value without prior notice.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted during the final week of October 2025 (27 – 31 October 2025).

  • Each participant is eligible to win only once.

 

7. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp within 3 days of the draw.

  • If there are 3 unsuccessful contact attempts (no reply within 48 hours per attempt), a new winner will be drawn.

  • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

 

8. Prize Collection

  • Prizes must be collected from the location where the purchase was made within 1 week from the date of notification.

  • Winners must present a valid MyKad or passport for verification.

  • Failure to collect the prize within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture.

 

9. Publicity

  • By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

10. Privacy

  • Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Muihua Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or the use of any prize.

 

12. Amendments

  • Muihua Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be binding upon publication.

 

13. Acceptance

  • By participating and proceeding to the next page, entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
